From Hillsville, take US58 to Laurel Fork. Turn

the access driveway on the left. Park on the access road or pull off the
right side of the road next to the creek. At the "end of state maintenance"
sign on Butterfly Road, there is a gate the neighbors keep closed when
nobody is staying at their cabins. If the gate is closed when you arrive,
park there and walk approximately 600 feet to the property access driveway.road.
There is a telephone pedestal next to the driveway that is numbered RP-106-6.
If a neighbor comes by, just tell them you are there to walk the property
that is for sale. They will point you in the right direction. As you walk
up the driveway to the property, you will see our sign on a tree. Follow
the roadbed toward the right and then back left. The property begins approximately
300 feet past the sign. The fence line on the left, with pasture on the
other side, is the boundary. You will pass a shed/outhouse on the left.
If you have trouble following the roadbed, walk along the fence line to
the top. There is an old hunting shack on the property at the back property
line, near the highest point on the property. You will see another old
roadbed behind the shack that can be followed back down the mountain, passing
the springs. Coordinates for the entrance of the driveway are 36.74432
North, 080.53915 West. Coordinates for the hunting shack are 36.74024 North,
080.53850 West. We recommend that you view this property with an agent.

Remarks:
Beautiful wooded acreage with deeded access to
Laurel Fork Creek, a stocked Trout Stream! Located in a very serene area
of mostly vacation cabins. The old driveway on the property used to be
passable all the way to the top, but has become overgrown. It could easlily
be cleared again. Mature trees, privacy & seclusion. Springs and branch
originate on the property. Gorgeous views across mountains and rolling
farms.
